Requesting a meeting or assistance
Our office welcomes your requests and works hard to respond as quickly and fairly as possible. To make sure we have accurate records and can direct your inquiry to the right team member, we ask that all requests be submitted in writing.
If you need help with a government program or service (such as Immigration, CRA, CPP/OAS, or Employment Insurance), please email us directly at [email protected] with a brief summary of your situation and any relevant file numbers. Our case manager does not hold introductory meetings — written requests help us gather details, share documents securely, and provide timely updates without requiring multiple appointments.
For all other requests — including meeting with the MP, recognition or certificates, and media inquiries — please use the form below. Providing as much detail as possible will help us prepare and respond more effectively.
